1. Order Processing & Standard Delivery

All standard orders are processed within 1-2 business days.

Estimated Delivery Time: 3–5 business days for Metro cities, and 5–7 business days for the rest of India.

Cash on Delivery (COD): An additional charge of ₹50 will be applicable on all COD orders.
2. Same-Day Delivery (Delhi, Noida, Gurugram & NCR Only) 🚀
For customers residing in Delhi-NCR who need their jewelry urgently, we offer a Same-Day Delivery option:

Delivery Partner: Your order will be dispatched and delivered directly via Porter.

Charges: The customer will be responsible for paying both the product amount and the actual Porter delivery charges.

How to Avail: To opt for same-day delivery, please connect with us directly on WhatsApp immediately after placing your order to confirm the details.
3. Order Tracking

Once your standard order is shipped, a tracking link will be shared with you via Email/WhatsApp so you can easily monitor your package.
4. Damaged Packages

Our jewelry is securely packed in premium boxes to ensure maximum safety. To claim any damage during transit, a complete unboxing video is mandatory. Please record a video while opening the package and contact us immediately in case of any issues.
